Shrimp Michael EG's 12 -shrimp( peeled and deveined) 3 cloves fresh garlic ( sliced) 2 Tbls.olive oil 1/4 stick butter Tbls. Chopped fresh Italian parsley (or curly or dry if that’s all you have ) Juice of one fresh lemon.. 6oz.. dry white wine... Salt , pepper and crushed red pepper to taste ... Heat olive oil in skillet, add garlic sauté till soft and light gold . Salt and pepper your shrimp,add to oil and garlic ,sauté turning for two minutes .. add half the parsley, white wine .. cook alcohol out add lemon juice and reduce about three minutes.. stir in butter ..adjust salt and pepper.. if serving over pasta, add your cooked drained pasta to pan toss to coat .. good with rice , polenta , grilled bread or by itself .
