1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh tuna 1 red onion thinly sliced 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced 1/2 cup green olives chopped 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 4 cloves garlic minced juice of 2-3 lemons 1 tsp. red pepper flakes fresh basil thinly sliced 1 cup blanched green beans 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half Feta cheese 3/4 lb. thin spaghetti cooked, reserve 1/4 cup liquid
Heat oil, add red pepper flakes, red bell pepper, onion and garlic. Saute until soft, squeeze lemon over this mix. Add olives and tuna, cook tuna through. Squeeze another lemon over mix, add cherry tomatoes and green beans, cook until tuna is done. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/4 cup pasta water if needed then add Feta and toss with cooked pasta. |
