Grilled Honey Balsamic Salmon

From the "Five -Ingredient, 15 minute Cookbook" by Cooking Light Magazine)
1-1/2 Tbsp. Honey
1-1/2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 lb. Salmon Fillets
Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and brush
mixture over fish - You can marinate fish in
refrigerator a few hours or cook immediately,
reserving extra marinade to glaze fish while broiling -
grill or broil 2-3 minutes on a side and serve.
